2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may require email verification, 2FA, KYC (where applicable), or other checks to secure accounts and prevent abuse.
• Each user may maintain only one account unless expressly authorized in writing.

3. Rewards, Balances & Wallets

Rewards (including coins, tokens, points, or vouchers) are promotional in nature and have no intrinsic monetary value unless and until withdrawn via supported methods. Balances may be adjusted for fraud, reversals, invalid activity, or partner postback corrections.

• Minimums & Fees: Withdrawals may require minimum thresholds and may incur network or processing fees.
• Currencies & Networks: Supported assets and chains may change without notice.
• Timing: Payout times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4. Offerwalls, PTC & Tasks

Earnings from offerwalls, surveys, PTC ads, shortlinks, or tasks are subject to verification by us and our partners. Reversals can occur if advertisers flag activity as invalid (e.g., VPN/proxy, duplicate, low-quality, policy violations).

• Follow each partner’s rules; failing to do so can void rewards.
• Clearing cookies, changing devices, or manipulating user agents to re-complete offers is prohibited.
• We may hold rewards pending review. Final approval is at our sole discretion and that of our partners.

5. Anti-Fraud & CAPTCHA

We use layered anti-bot measures (including but not limited to IP reputation checks, device fingerprinting, behavioral heuristics, and custom CAPTCHAs). Attempts to bypass or automate interactions are strictly forbidden.

• Bots, scripts, headless browsers, or automation frameworks are not permitted.
• Using VPNs/Proxies/Datacenter IPs where restricted can void earnings and trigger suspension.
• We may request additional proof for suspicious activity and withhold or reverse rewards accordingly.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringing activity.
• Interfering with site integrity, security, rate limits, or APIs.
• Multiple accounts, identity spoofing, or referral abuse.
• Phishing, social engineering, or misleading representations.

7. Third-Party Ads & Links

We display ads, offers, and links from third parties. We do not endorse or verify any third-party content. Interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

8. Fees, Refunds & Chargebacks

Network fees, partner fees, currency conversion, or gateway charges may apply. Chargebacks or disputes may result in account holds or negative balance adjustments. Refunds, if any, are at our sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Feyorra and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the site in accordance with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, access to the account and any non-withdrawn promotional rewards may be revoked as permitted by law.

13. Disclaimers

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee earnings.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feyorra and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the services.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feyorra, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the services or breach of these Terms.

16. Governing Law & Disputes
